My name is Roxanne Kish, and I own Family Alliance of WNY. I started this business after experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to care for someone you love while trying to find a caregiver you can trust.
I work directly with families to understand their needs and connect them with independent caregivers who may be a good fit. I stay hands-on throughout the process by helping with background checks, reference checks, meet-and-greets, scheduling, and other important details.
I am upfront with families about caregiver experience, qualifications, availability, rates, and what they can expect. I also remain available after care begins, so families have someone they know they can reach when questions come up or their needs change.
